At Khaaoji Foods, we take pride in delivering fresh, organic, and authentic homemade pickles from Sindh. Due to the nature of our food products, we maintain a strict but fair refund and return policy to ensure quality and safety for all our customers.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Products must be returned along with the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- Perishable items (such as opened pickles or food products) are Not Eligible for return.
Return Process

Initiate a Return:

Return Approval:
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to our address. -
Shipping the Item:
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Use a reliable courier service and share the tracking details with our team.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on your payment mode.
- Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Custom or promotional items
- Items returned without proper packaging or past the 7-day return window
